This role is the primary sourcing point of contact for all tooling-related goods and services supporting NAM fixed facilities, with full accountability for both OPEX and CAPEX spend segments. Reporting directly to the Global Sourcing Manager for Tooling, the Sourcing Tooling Manager I is a critical contributor to the broader global OFS Tooling sourcing strategy, translating regional execution into measurable Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost ("SQDC") outcomes.

The Sourcing Tooling Manager I manages a defined portfolio of NAM tooling spend, leads key stakeholder relationships across OFS Tooling operations, Tool Center leadership, Finance, EHS, Quality, and Operations, and drives cost-out, builds supply chain resilience, and supplier performance improvement across the NAM region. This role is based in Atlanta, Georgia — home to the largest Tool Center in the NAM network — and requires regular travel across the NAM Tool Center footprint and to supplier locations.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Spend Portfolio & Stakeholder Management

  • Own and manage the OFS Tooling OPEX and CAPEX spend portfolio across all 9 NAM Tool Centers (7 US, 2 Canada), serving as the primary sourcing interface for Tool Center stakeholders and NAM Tooling leadership
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with NAM Tool Center Managers, Operations leads, Finance, EHS, Quality, and Legal to align sourcing strategy with business needs and deliver integrated outcomes

  • Lead and coach a team of Sourcing Buyers and/or Project Procurement Leads supporting NAM Tool Center sourcing needs, ensuring functional targets and customer deliverables are met
  • Travel to NAM Tool Centers, supplier locations, and regional offices as required

Sourcing Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement NAM-specific commodity sourcing strategies for all tooling categories supporting fixed Tool Center facilities, with a clear focus on SQDC
  • Execute sound sourcing practices including should-cost analysis, make-vs-buy assessments, Kraljic matrix evaluations, market analysis, and total cost of ownership modelling to optimize the NAM tooling supply base
  • Conduct supplier spend analysis across all 9 NAM Tool Centers to identify risks, opportunities, and consolidation potential across OPEX and CAPEX categories

  • Manage relevant financial metrics across the NAM Tool Center network and ensure the sourcing team is delivering to targets
